We are seeking a Clinical Mental Health and Wellness Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LCSW in supervision) to join our private group practice. You will provide holistic evidence based therapy to individuals, families, couples and groups using Telehealth technology.  Licensure in Virginia, Maryland and/or Pennsylvania accepted. This Position is a 90% remote position.


Safe Routes LLC is a small remote group private practice promoting Hope, Healing, Power, Love and Light in the lives of individuals, families, and the community through professional Faith based clinical mental health counseling, consultation, and training services that are rooted in biblical principles.



  • Provide clinical individual, couples, family and group therapy via Telehealth technology.

  • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.

  • Provide holistic evidence based therapy to clients served

  • Gather information about community mental health needs and resources that could be used in conjunction with therapy.

  • Assess clients' needs based on the review of client information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members.

  • Serve as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnostic assessment, clinical experience and knowledge.

  • Conduct initial assessments and refer patients, clients, or family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary

  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner


Qualifications for Clinical Mental Health and Wellness Therapists

  • 1+ years experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services to a full range of individuals from youth through adulthood

  • Must be able to obtain valid board approval for licensure as an LCSW , LICSW or LCSW-C

  • Must have valid board approved clinical license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC

  • Must have active NPI number

  • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this company

  • Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining professional ethical standards.

  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively with all staff.

  • Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.

  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients in need of services

  • Must have strong computer and technology skills - This position is 90% remote. Computer skills is a must

Compensation is based on level of experience and licensure status.
